Hello! I’m Melissa and Welcome to Supporting Health & Wellness!
These days, many women like you, are looking for natural options for everyday problems.
You want to have helpful tools for health and vitality that actually work.
You want to have natural health options 24 hours a day to help the health of you and your family, whatever the issue may be.
You want these natural options but don’t have the time to research it all.
Here’s where I can help you.
I have spent over 7 years researching natural ways to help my son heal from eczema, allergies, and asthma. In the process, I have completed my PhD (physio-related), and improved the health of our entire family.
There are many pieces to this puzzle, just as there are many pieces for all of us. Dietary, lifestyle, chemicals, medications… there are so many aspects to health and wellness.
I help women just like you, many who are overwhelmed and unsure where to start, but know they have to start somehwere, and they are ready to make a change.
I help women just like you:
- find easy solutions to cutting down the chemicals,
- to love a more nutritious and wholefoods diet,
- to find natural solutions to make over their medicine cabinet, and
- solutions for everyday problems.
Are you ready to have better health and take the plunge for yours and your family’s health and future?
Then I’d love to work with you.
Join me in one of my regular workshops in person (and online) with other women looking to make these changes but aren’t sure where to start.
I’m also currently developing a 6 week online course to help guide you through the steps to live a cleaner and healthier life.
Contact me below to book a 30 minute free consultation on how we can work together to help you achieve your health goals.
